Amidst the hustle and bustle that December brings, we want to take a moment and highlight Therapy Center’s Outpatient Clinic in Jennings and our Home Health team…They truly know what the holiday season is all about – helping others.
“From our day-to-day operations, we help people get their lives back through rehabilitation. December is a special time where we like to help people in other ways in addition to therapy,” stated Elisha Duhon, EVP of Outpatient Operations.
This year, Therapy Center assisted the Jefferson Davis Council on Aging and Jeff Davis Home Health in collecting new and gently used blankets for the elderly in our parish.
“Our goal was to provide items that we take for granted. Many individuals throughout the parish could use a new blanket to stay warm this winter… especially the elderly,” commented Jodi Landry, Home Health Coordinator for Therapy Center.
Blankets were collected at Therapy Center’s outpatient clinic in Jennings through December 6th. We are proud to say that that our patients, employees, families, and friends helped us collect 18 blankets this year.
