Q3 2019 Helping Hands & Leadership Spotlight

It’s no secret that Therapy Center has the BEST team of professionals in the business! We know that it’s our wonderful group of dedicated, hard-working team members who make us who we are. We want to take time each quarter to recognize just a few of our many awesome team members who consistently go above and beyond their job duties and set an example of leadership and team work for us all.

Elizabeth “Beth” V. is an awesome team player who is thriving well in a new facility. She is hands on with the patients incorporating ADLs into her treatment sessions. With the flooding that occurred earlier this year, Beth went out of her way and managed to see patients at a different TTC facility. She’s always flexible and helping out at other facilities during the week when needed. Beth is a great asset and is a wonderful coworker to have on the team! We love you lil bit!

Karen C. is a rock star and stellar PT. The woman is such a chameleon (true colors tested) and always willing to go anywhere she is asked. She NEVER complains, and she was so incredibly grateful to be working with us again. She adores this company, and she takes great care of her teammates and patients. She’s the epitome of each and every value that this company holds, and if we could clone her we would do it 300 times! Thank you Karen!

Danielle K. consistently gives of herself for the Therapy Center, her patients and co-workers. She not only is a full time treating therapist, but also continues to provide education oversight to the SNF division. In addition to those responsibilities, she assists recruiting with presentations and helps marketing to craft messages and ideas for the upcoming industry changes. She has a way of explaining complicated topics in a way that every person can understand, which is a valuable quality. Her tenacious and passionate spirit can’t help but be felt by anyone around Danielle. One example of her dedication and loyalty to Therapy Center and her patients is when Danielle slept at the nursing home during the flood earlier this year. We love you Danielle!

John R. has taken on a new role with Restorative in two facilities and has been doing a great job with juggling all hats. He is loved by the nursing home staff, patients and coworkers. John really goes above and beyond to make the Therapy Center successful in the homes that he covers. No matter what is ever asked of him, John is willing to take on any and every task with little help or complaint. We appreciate all that you do for TTC and your fellow teammates! Thank you!!

Jessica L. is the glue at her facility. She is always there to lend a helping hand even before we know we need the help. She does a fantastic job at handling staffing as well as assisting with other buildings Roll Calls. Jessica has also helped with reports when needed to train several brand new techs. Jessica has always been a team player, and we appreciate her more than she knows. She goes above and beyond for all at her facility including floaters and helping them feel welcome. She is always so positive, happy, consistent and willing to help anyone in need. Patients adore her smiling face and always look forward to seeing her daily. WE LOVE YOU, JESSICA!

Jackie S.  is celebrating her 11th year with TTC. She is a very important part to the welcoming atmosphere exhibited in our front office at the clinic. Jackie plays a critical role, checking our patients in properly, utilizing the TTC customer service values we expect. Jackie proactively anticipates issues and finds resolutions, keeping in mind the values of teamwork and a positive patient experience. Additionally Jackie will fill in at our other clinics when help is needed there. We are very lucky to have Jackie as a part of our team. Thank you for doing a great job representing our TTC team!

Sarah E. has been with Therapy Center for almost 5 years and even though her title states that she is a Marketing Coordinator, she does so much more. Sarah has taken on a significant role in Compliance and Legal, reviewing company contracts and working with outside attorneys to ensure Therapy Center and its employees are protected. She has jumped on the road several times to train the entire company on compliance, HIPAA, as well as coordinating and conducting several risk analysis for all of our facilities. Sarah often has to switch hats, from marketing to compliance, with a moment’s notice and is always available to assist anyone who has immediate needs. Sarah is amaZing in her job as well as an awesome mother and wife. Everyone who has met Sarah or worked with her on any level, really appreciates what she does every single day. We are lucky to have her with the Therapy Center and could not survive without her!

Hollie R. will be celebrating her 17th Anniversary with TTC this month. Being with the company for 17 years speaks volumes for her dedication to her job and our team. Hollie is primarily responsible for our outpatient billing. Hollie is always eager to learn and grow in her job as she strives to become more efficient. She has been a huge support to our team by going beyond her normal job duties. Hollie has reviewed documentation to both understand and insure we remain in compliance and within quality care standards. As you can imagine, juggling the many private insurance companies’ rules and regulations is a daunting task and has greatly changed throughout the years. Hollie and our billing team, have done a fantastic job of troubleshooting those changes. Thank you for the dedication you have shown to our team over the past 17 years!

What others shared about Ashley:

Ashley is the prime example of a team player.

She always has TTCs best interest in mind and never asks anyone to do anything she is not willing to do herself.

She’s honest, humble, firm, and flexible….all at the same time. I truly don’t know what we would do without her on our team.

Ashley maintains a positive outlook no matter what life throws at her. She inspires me to be a better person, better co-worker/team player, better friend, better mother, and a better daughter. I am lucky to call her my friend after all these years. #loyal #genuine #fun #positive #teamplayer

Ashley is an all-around amazing person and we are lucky to have her as an employee.

Ashley’s ability to develop processes and consistently have attention to all details is astounding. In a role where 1 cent really does make a difference, she treats every penny of this company as if it were her own.

In these few years she has become more than just my manager, but someone I would call a friend. She Is hard working and dedicated to her job and to her family and always makes sure everyone is taken care of.

Ashley is one of the kindest and funniest people I have ever known and I am thankful to have her as a manager and a friend. Thanks for all you do Ashley!
