In 2002, four Louisiana therapists came together with a mission to provide superior therapy services with dedication and compassion unsurpassed by anyone in the industry. Since that time, Therapy Center has become a leading provider of comprehensive therapy services, offered in a broad range of settings including clinics, hospitals, schools, home health and a growing number of skilled nursing facilities.

M. Shane Castille, PT
Originally from Eunice, LA, Shane graduated from LSUE in 1994 and received his Physical Therapy degree from The LSU Medical Center in Shreveport in 1996. Shane oversees the company’s operations and has been an integral part of our Long Term Care and Nursing Home Care units.
Steve Coon, LOTR, MBA, HCA, RAC-CT
Steve brings more than seventeen years experience in healthcare management and outpatient, nursing home, home health, inpatient rehab, and skilled nursing facility care to Therapy Center. He earned his Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1997 and his Masters of Business and Health Care Administration in 2001 from the University of Louisiana, Lafayette. Steve remains highly involved in contract procurement, business development, personnel management, financial management, and overall operations.
Shannon Lemoine, PT
Shannon graduated from LSU Medical Center in Shreveport in 1996 with a degree in Physical Therapy. He has experience with nursing home care, home health care, acute care, outpatient therapy, management, and compliance education throughout all of our facilities in Southwest and Central Louisiana. Shannon continues to oversee operations at the Lemoine Therapy Services branch of our company.
Stephen VanHook, PT
Born and raised in Jennings, LA, Stevie graduated from LSU Medical Center in Shreveport with a degree in Physical Therapy in 1996 and has provided physical therapy services throughout Jeff Davis Parish. His experience in hospital, outpatient clinic, home health, and nursing home care has been a key to our success and a driver for quality care. Stevie remains highly involved in the operations of business, specializing in marketing strategies, business development, physical and administrative relations, expansion, and administrative efficiency.
Management Team
Therapy Center employs full-time mentors, including physical, occupational and speech therapists, to work with each of our long-term care partners. Mentoring is part of Therapy Center philosophy, helping educate staff, patients, and families about new techniques and best practices in an ever-evolving industry. Our Director of Compliance works alongside mentors providing on-the-job training opportunities for part-time and junior staff to ensure Therapy Center continues to deliver the highest quality care for every patient.
Berl Guidry, Director of Operations
Berl graduated from USL with Bachelor of Science in General Studies, and has been in therapy management since 1994. A USL graduate, she joined the Therapy Center family as Director of Operations/Mentor in September 2008. She takes pride in employee and customer satisfaction as well as Therapy Center’s growth and development.
Katy Brennan, ST, Mentor
Katy graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2009 with a Masters in Speech Language Pathology. She has been with Therapy Center since 2009 as a Speech Pathologist and became a mentor in 2012.
Candice Cooley, ST, Mentor
Candice graduated from UL Lafayette with a degree in Speech Language Pathology and has 8 years experience in nursing home care. She has been with The Therapy Center since 2007. Candice has served as a Manager and Mentor for Therapy Center since 2012 in the Basile and Jennings areas.
Amanda Greer, ST, Mentor
Amanda graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2003 with a Masters in Speech Language Pathology. She has more than ten years experience in inpatient, outpatient, nursing home, and home health services. Amanda has been with Therapy Center since 2010 and became a mentor in 2012.
Danielle Keyser, OT, Director of Education
Danielle has been with Therapy Center since 2005. She received her bachelor’s degree from LSU in Baton Rouge and went on to receive her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from University of Alabama in Birmingham. Danielle has worked in skilled nursing facilities her entire career as an Occupational Therapist, with a passion for Geriatrics. Danielle travels to each partner facility to assist with staff education and program development. Danielle recently completed her Geriatric Training Certification through the Geriatric Rehabilitation Education and Training Institute.
Amber LaPrairie, OT, Mentor Avoyelles Parish
Amber received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from LSU Baton Rouge in 2000, and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from LSUHSC New Orleans in 2002. Amber began working for Therapy Center as an occupational therapist in 2003 and moved into the position of Mentor in 2008.
Rachel Manuel, SLP, Operations Liaison Acadia Parish, Evangeline Parish, Calcasieu PArish
Rachel graduated from UL Lafayette with a degree in Speech Language Pathology and has worked in nursing home care since 2002. Rachel has served as a Manager and Mentor for Therapy Center since 2008. Along with managing the therapy departments in our partner skilled nursing facilities, Rachel assists with recruiting therapists and oversees speech therapy staffing company-wide.
Lauren McCraine, MOT/LOTR, Mentor Lafayette & Iberia Parish
Lauren graduated from LSU-Baton Rouge in 2002 and received her Masters in Occupational Therapy from LSUHSC-Shreveport in August of 2004. Lauren has been with Therapy Center since 2004, and has gained experience in outpatient, skilled nursing and home health settings. She has been a Mentor since 2009.
Sherie Soileau, OT, Mentor – Avoyelles Parish
Sherie graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy. Sherie has been employed with Therapy Center since 2006 as an Occupational Therapist and has served as a Mentor in Avoyelles Parish area since 2012.
Lance Hill OTR/L; RAC-CT, Director of Compliance
Lance graduated from the University of Alberta in 1993 with a BSC in Rehabilitation Medicine, specializing in Occupational Therapy. Lance started his career in Occupational Therapy in 1993 and has been in therapy management since 1996. Lance helps Therapy Center respond quickly to regulatory changes within Medicare to avoid the risk of reviews or denials. Lance also ensures that Therapy Center managers and field staff have the resources they need to excel in their job duties, keeping Therapy Center a leader in rehabilitation services.
Erica Rozas, OT, Compliance Specialist
Erica graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy. Erica has been employed with Therapy Center since 2004 as an Occupational Therapist, has served as a Mentor in various areas since 2008, and joined the Compliance Department as a Compliance Specialist in 2012.
Jake Duhon, Director of Sports Medicine
Jake is a life-long resident of Jennings and has been working as a Certified Athletic Trainer since 1998. Jake is a graduate of McNeese State University with a Bachelor degree in Exercise Science and a Masters in Exercise Physiology. Currently, Jake is the Director of Sports Medicine for the Therapy Center. Jake specializes in sports medicine care in our local high schools and McNeese State University.
Diana Booty, Office Manager
Diana graduated from Central LA School of Massage in Pineville in 1998 as a Massage Therapist. She began working with Therapy Center in 2005 as Office Manager for our outpatient clinic,
Lemoine Therapy Services, in Marksville. Diana is also the
home health liaison, coordinating with the agencies that we contract with to provide services in the Avoyelles Parish area.
Elisha Duhon, Director of Outpatient Services
Elisha graduated from McNeese State University in Early Childhood and Special Education. While attending college, she worked as a physical therapy technician, and after graduation taught special education for one year before returning to Jennings to work as Office Manager of the Jennings clinic. Elisha currently oversees the operations for Therapy Center outpatient clinic in Jennings and all contracts with
home health and area hospitals.
Julie Neal, Director of Accounting & Administration
Julie graduated from McNeese State University with a Masters of Education, Concentration in Health Promotion. She worked in a Cardiac Rehab unit while working on her master’s degree and later taught 4th Grade before coming on board with Therapy Center in 2002. Julie oversees the administration and accounting departments in the Therapy Center corporate office located in Jennings, LA. She is passionate about keeping strong communication within the company to ensure that the needs of the company, employees, and outside agencies are met.
Jodi Landry, Home Health Coordinator
Jodi Landry started with the Therapy Center in 2003 after obtaining her certification as a physical therapy technician in 2002. Jodi began working in the outpatient and nursing home setting as a therapy tech. In 2008, she transitioned to the Therapy Center outpatient clinic in Jennings, as the Home Health Coordinator. Jodi is currently responsible for coordinating home health schedules as well as serving as the liaison between home health agencies and our treating therapists.
Marketing & Recruiting Team
Therapy Center’s dynamic marketing team supports our partners, therapists, mentors and founders by developing new business relationships and helping tell the story of Therapy Center through strategic marketing initiatives. Our pro-active recruiting team fosters relationships with potential team members through outreach programs, clinical site placements and constant communication with therapists in the field.
Kristi LeLeux Fredieu, Business Development & Marketing Manager
Kristi graduated from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration & Marketing. Kristi also earned a master’s in Business Administration from Louisiana State University at Shreveport in 2005. Kristi is responsible for new business development and hospital relations for Therapy Center. She also coordinates and implements Therapy Center’s marketing campaigns and social media strategies.
Renee Bult, Regional Coordinator/Marketer
Renee has been with the Therapy Center since 2007, starting out as a therapy technician. Because of her experience in the healthcare setting, Renee currently assists our mentors with day-to-day facility needs. She is also responsible for training new therapy technicians for the company and handles marketing efforts with referring physicians and hospitals.

Brittany graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, specializing in Broadcast Journalism. She also received a minor in Political Science. Brittany worked for Fox 15 News in Lafayette for two years before starting her position as Marketing Liaison for Therapy Center in October 2014. Brittany is responsible for new business development and hospital relations for Therapy Center and plays a key role in public relations and community involvement for the company.

Kayla is passionate about remarkable customer service and leadership, serving with a purpose, motivating teamwork, and having fun. As our recruiter she is eager to identify and develop enthusiastic, engaged team members for our organization.
